1. IN WHAT ORDER SHOULD I USE SERUMS AND CREAM?

In cosmetics, you always go from water-based to oil-based products. In our case, first Rose Water, then Hydraserum, followed by Nightserum, and finally the ReHyAn cream.

2. WHAT TO USE FOR OILY SKIN/ACNE?

Oily skin is often paradoxically over-dried and dehydrated. Its defense mechanism is that it starts to get oily. So you need to start hydrating it very intensively. In that case, I recommend ideally Hydraserum, which has a very strong concentration of Hyaluronic Acid. Another possibility may be a disrupted protective barrier of the skin. In that case, you need to regenerate the skin and restore the protective film. For that I recommend Nightserum or ReHyAn cream. As for acne, cleansing before applying any product is key. Without proper cleansing, active ingredients won’t get into the skin, so any serums or creams have no effect. Therefore, the basic rule is “cleanse, cleanse, cleanse”. Even several times a day. PS: throw away micellar water. Your skin will thank you.

3. WHAT TO USE FOR DRY/SENSITIVE SKIN?

First of all, stop using products that dry you out and irritate you. For example, micellar water. And start hydrating. The ideal combination is Hydraserum and the nourishing ReHyAn cream. Some people with dry skin also like Nightserum—since it is based on dry oil.

4. IS IT NECESSARY TO APPLY A FACE CREAM AFTER SERUMS?

In addition to a nourishing function, face cream also has a protective function (dust, smog, etc.)—therefore we definitely recommend it for daytime use—regardless of whether you use serums or not. And back to the question: after Hydraserum, you need to add “moisture” to the skin in the form of a product with an oil component and thus “lock in” hydration in the skin. Otherwise, the skin will be “sticky” and, on the contrary, it may become over-dried. So yes—after Hydraserum we definitely recommend using either Nightserum or a cream. As for Nightserum itself, it depends on what suits you and whether it’s used during the day or at night.

5. CAN MUZURI COSMETIC PRODUCTS ALSO BE USED IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER BRANDS?

Yes, they can. But you need to count on the fact that they may not “get along”. When combining with other brands, you need to monitor the skin’s reactions.

6. CAN IT HAPPEN THAT WHEN USING MUZURI COSMETICS MY SKIN STARTS TO GET WORSE INSTEAD?

Yes, it can happen. Approx. 10% of people experience a short-term worsening of their skin condition. Especially when switching from conventional to natural cosmetics, the skin needs time to adapt. After a few days of use, the reaction should calm down and the condition of the skin should start to improve. If that doesn’t happen, we recommend checking your internal health, because if the problem is there, unfortunately it can’t be solved with cosmetics.

7. DO I NEED TO TAKE VITAMIN C WITH COLLAGEN?

With our pure collagen, it is necessary to take vitamin C as well for proper absorption—just like with any collagen that is in pure form. On the other hand, with our Premium collagen you don’t need to take it separately—since it contains orange and sea buckthorn extract, and these contain natural vitamin C.

Yes, our cosmetics are safe for breastfeeding and pregnant women as well.

11. CAN PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN USE VITAMINS AND COLLAGEN?

Unfortunately, by law no company is allowed to recommend any dietary supplements to pregnant or breastfeeding women unless they are manufactured and intended explicitly for them.

12. IS THE USE OF MUZURI COSMETICS LIMITED BY AGE?

No, it isn’t. We know of cases where our cosmetic products are used by teenagers as well, but we also have customers in an older age group 50+.
